Berry Bliss Yerba Mate Green Tea 3 oz

Refreshing blend of Yerba Maté and green tea, with hibiscus. Yerba Maté has been a traditional drink of South America for centuries. Known for its healing properties as well as increasing energy and metabolism along with add the antioxidants of Green Tea.                   

Try either iced or hot!. 

 Steeping Instructions:  Hot tea: 1 tsp of tea for 8 oz of hot water Steep for 1 to 3 minutes.                  Iced tea: 1 tsp of tea for 8 oz of cold water Steep for 30 minutes.
