 Rooibos paired with Peppermint Leaves, provide a refreshing drink either iced or hot. Rooibos for centuries has been a traditional tea of South Africa and is a great source of antioxidants.

SteepingInstructions:                                                                                            Hot tea: 1 tsp of tea for 8 oz of hot water Steep for 1 to 3 minutes.             

Iced tea: 1 tsp of tea for 8 oz of cold water Steep for 30 minutes.
