Return & Refund Policy

Because our teas and drink products are food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your One Love Tea order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@onelovetea.com. Please include your order number and, when applicable, a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

Once we review the issue, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
