One Love Tea carefully prepares and packages each order to ensure your tea arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available when your order meets the current free-shipping promotion shown on our website.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at orders@onelovetea.com. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
